Sometimes when we want to change our Android Imei we gets this Error "This Command is not allowed in UserBuild" When Changing Imei

"This Command is not allowed in UserBuild" this normally  occur while trying to change the imei of your Mtk devices base on Android version 4.4 kitkat.....
