How To Root & install CWM on Tecno Camon C8 Running on Android 6.0

How To Root Tecno C8 Running on Android Marshmallow 6.0.

1. Install VCOM drivers on your PC if you haven’t done that before.

2. Download Super SU.zip

3. Copy the Super SU to your phone internal storage.

4. Download CWM for Tecno Camon C8 Marshmallow .

5. Switch off the phone (still with battery inside)

6. Flash the Clockwork mod recovery.img to the phone using SP Flash tool.

7. Boot the phone into recovery mode using Volume up + Power button combo.

8.In the CWM recovery mode, you use the Volume up and Volume down

 button to scroll up and down while the Power button is to select.

Scroll down to Install zip and select it.

Select Choose zip from /storage/sdcard1

Navigate to the location of Super SU and select it.

Select Yes – Install Super SU.zip to confirm flashing.

Wait till installation is complete.

Return to the Clockwork mod recovery home screen (using the back button) then select Reboot.
